Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
Because all Rogue Resistance merchandise is made-to-order and custom-printed, we have a specific return policy:
We gladly accept returns/exchanges for:
- ✅ Damaged items
- ✅ Defective printing or manufacturing
- ✅ Wrong item shipped
- ✅ Wrong size shipped
We cannot accept returns for:
- ❌ Change of mind / buyer's remorse
- ❌ Ordered wrong size (but see Size Exchange Program below)
- ❌ Don't like the design after receiving it
- ❌ General "I changed my mind" reasons
Why This Policy?
We print everything made-to-order. Your shirt/mug/sticker is custom-printed specifically for you when you order it. This eliminates waste and inventory, but it also means we can't resell returned items.
We stand behind our quality. If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll make it right immediately—no questions asked.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives:
- Damaged in shipping
- With printing defects (misprints, smudges, fading)
- With manufacturing defects (seams, fabric issues)
- Wrong item entirely
What we need:
- Email info@rogueresistance.org with your order number
- Photo of the damaged/defective item
- Brief description of the issue
What we'll do:
- Send you a replacement immediately (no need to return the defective item)
- Or issue a full refund if you prefer
Timeframe: We'll respond within 24 hours and get a replacement shipping within 2-3 business days.
Wrong Item Shipped
Ordered "Neat, No ICE" but received "Introverts Protesting"? We'll fix it.
Contact us within 30 days with:
- Order number
- What you ordered
- What you received
- Photo of the wrong item (optional but helpful)
We'll send the correct item immediately and you can keep the wrong one (donate it, gift it, surprise activist friend).
Size Exchange Program
Ordered a Medium but need a Large? We've got you covered with our Size Exchange Program.
How it works:
- Email info@rogueresistance.org within 14 days of delivery
- Send the original item back to us (we'll provide return address)
- We'll send you the correct size
- You pay shipping both ways (~$5-8 each way)
Requirements:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags
- Must contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Only one size exchange per order
Why the shipping cost? We're a small grassroots operation. Covering both-ways shipping on size exchanges would make this program unsustainable. We appreciate your understanding.
Return Process (For Eligible Returns)
Step 1: Email info@rogueresistance.org with:
- Order number
- Reason for return (damaged, defective, wrong item)
- Photo if applicable
Step 2: We'll review and respond within 24 hours
Step 3: For damaged/defective/wrong items:
- We send replacement immediately
- No need to return the original
Step 4: For size exchanges:
- We provide return shipping address
- You ship item back
- We send correct size when we receive return
Refund Timeline
Replacement: 2-7 business days production + 3-8 days shipping (same as original order)
Refund (if you prefer refund over replacement):
- Issued within 3 business days of approval
- Refunded to original payment method
- May take 5-10 business days to appear on your card/account (depends on your bank)
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind every item we sell.
If you receive something that isn't up to our quality standards, we'll make it right—no hassle, no arguing, no questions asked.
We use Printful for production, and they maintain strict quality control. But if something slips through, we've got you.
Order Cancellation
Before production starts: Email info@rogueresistance.org immediately. If we can stop production, we'll cancel and refund your order.
After production starts: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel once printing has begun (usually within 24 hours of ordering).
After shipping: Cannot be cancelled. See return policy above.
Tip: Double-check your size and design before completing your order.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return an item if I just don't like it? No. Because items are custom-printed for you, we can't accept "change of mind" returns. However, if there's a quality issue, we'll absolutely replace it.
What if the color looks different than on the website? Screen colors vary. We try to photograph items accurately, but monitor calibration affects how colors appear. This isn't grounds for return, but email us a photo—if it's genuinely off, we'll work with you.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I return it? You can use our Size Exchange Program (within 14 days, you pay shipping both ways). Or consider gifting it to a fellow activist!
How long do I have to report a problem? 30 days from delivery for damaged/defective items. 14 days for size exchanges.
Do I have to return a defective item? No. For damaged/defective/wrong items, we'll send a replacement and you can keep or dispose of the defective one.
What if my package was lost or stolen? Contact info@rogueresistance.org. We'll work with Printful and the carrier to file a claim and send a replacement.
Can I exchange a design for a different design? No. Only size exchanges are available. If you want a different design, place a new order.
I'm ordering for an organizing event and need it by a specific date. What if it's late? Email us before ordering. We can't guarantee delivery dates, but we can advise if your timeline is realistic. Order early for events.

We're one person in Southern Oregon trying to support the resistance while running a sustainable small business.
We'll treat you fairly. If something is wrong, we'll fix it. If you're trying to abuse the policy, we'll know.
Most importantly: We want you wearing our designs at protests, organizing events, and daily resistance. If your "Neat, No ICE" shirt has a defect, you can't rep it at the bar. We'll get you a good one ASAP.
